69 miles of either industry or huge rolling fields interspersed by empty villages. Weather not good, cold and windy and now very very wet. Now holed up in a very basic pension by the railway station in Bohain near St Qentin.
Good work Roger My hairdresser was impressed with your hair raising exploit but said it would do little to raise my hair - sadly! Glad Sally and I could be of assistance before you left these shores. 'Bon Chance' Ian.
Fantastic effort Roger, at this rate you will arrive in NZ several months earlier than planned ! Remember to send some photos for the blog. Best Wishes, Neil & Jo.

Hi Roger
Hope all is well - no doubt the bike is going better than that Renault 5 turbo you bought at Dover many years ago !
Sorry I didn't see you off at Dover on your departure but only just found your blog.
I will follow your adventures with keen interest.
Take care and hope the gears behave themselves
Leigh
